$200,000 Fine: Using Pesticides and Falsifying Records.

The Cannabis Control Commission (CCC) recently fined Garden Remedies—a Newton, MA manufacturing and cultivation plant—$200,000 for using Wood’s Rooting Hormone, a banned pesticide.
