A Maryland Dispensary Failed to Notify Regulatory Body of Agent Change.

A Maryland dispensary failed to notify the necessary regulatory body when an agent left as stated in the regulations.  Failure to notify them within the time period stated in the regulations resulted in a fine of $2,500.  When is the last time a team member went through the regulations?
